Reservation Regulations

• recommended Dress code is formal dress and T-shirts/ tracks/shorts/slippers might be restricted.

• Under 13 years old are not allowed. Due to our course is not suitable for young children. if you come with young children without notice, you won’t your guarantee back.

• Any allergies and food restriction must be noticed in advance. the day booking is not able to alternate any ingredients.

• Corkage is only allowed for 1 bottle and the price is 100,000.

• Please try to be on time for the smooth and nice service.

Reservation and Reservation Refund Policy

​

• We need guarantee fee to prevent no-show on a pre-booking basis.
  This is a form of deposit guarantee and will be automatically cancelled on the day of reservation with the entrance
  to the restaurant.​

  • Lunch guarantee(Mon-Fri): KRW 180,000won

  • Lunch guarantee(Sat): KRW 210,000won

  • Dinner guarantee: KRW 320,000won

• Reservation change or cancellation is possible until 2 days before with no penalty. And due to unavoidable circumstances, penalties will be incurred according to the following regulations.

  • 3 days before: 100% refund

  • 2 days before: 50% refund

  • One day before/Cancellation/change on the day: No refund.

  • If the number of confirmed reservations is not met, the same rules will be followed by each period.
